Master Paul Sitapa is a highly respected Taekwondo instructor, boasting a 6th Dan Black Belt and a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring. With the prestigious honor of serving as an Olympic coach for Tonga on two occasions (Rio Olympic 2016, Tokyo Olympic 2020), he has demonstrated his exceptional leadership and expertise on the international stage.

Formerly the cadet coach for Taekwondo in New Zealand, Master Sitapa has played a crucial role in shaping the development of young athletes in the region. His dedication to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence has earned him widespread acclaim within the martial arts community.
